- Legal liability which will occur due to the acts / omissions of the lawyer or the personnel working with the lawyer with contract or people who have been authorized by lawyer or have an authority certificate, are covered by the guarantee.
- This insurance also insures the insured under the conditions specified by the insured in the event that the institution that employs him / herself resigned to the insured as a result of an event in which the contracted employee is contracted to third parties as a result of an event covered by the policy collateral.
- The claims for non-pecuniary damage are covered by 10% of the compensation limit on the policy
